About our classes:

• Little Dragons classes, for ages 3-5, teach basic kicks, blocks, and self-defense/bully-defense with a great deal of work on strengthening coordination. We use games to keep it fun and teach the belt curriculum. There are mat chats at the end of classes that teach character values.

• Future Black Belt Program: These classes are for ages 6 and up. They focus on forms, one-step sparring, self-defense, bully defense, traditional sparring, weapons, kicks, punches, and blocks appropriate for each belt rank. Mat chats are at the end of classes. They focus on character values and use a cognitive behavior approach to teach respect, focus, discipline, work ethic, anger management, etc.

Class times:

• Little Dragons (ages 3-5) Mondays and Fridays @ 6pm.

• Future Black Belt Program (ages 6 & up) Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesdays. Beginners class @ 5:30pm. Intermediate and Advanced class 6:30pm. Thursdays Beginners class @ 6:30pm. Intermediate and Advanced class 7:15 pm.

• Competition class Fridays @ 5:15pm.
